Great design! Place a couple of sheets of newspaper in the base and light it up. The charcoal is then lit quickly and you can start your cooking fast! The base of the Barbecook holds a small water basin and the ashes fall from the cooking area and are put into the water..then extinguished. After you’re done grilling, you then pull out thecoal grate and drop off the coals into the water. All in one containment thus making this grill one of the more convenient units you can use and buy.
