Big Green Egg
The one, the only..Big Green Egg! Although marketed as a charcoal grill, this Kamado charcoal grill holds low temps for an amazing amount of time and is very popular in the southwest as well as the east coast for backyard bbq grilling. This thing is so well built, it may last longer than you! Althought a tad pricey and the fact there are imitators out there, this may not be for everyone based on price along. Don’t let that fool you, this charcoal grill WILL last longer than your last car purchase!
One thing to note: you can slow cook at 200 or grill at 550. Poultry is amazing on the egg. Some people have even used the big green egg to cook pizza! Let’s see your home depot charcoal bbq grill do that!
